BIOGRAPHY
Melissa Fleszar, DNP has over 30 years of nursing and advanced practice nursing in multiple areas of care throughout her career. Dr. Fleszar received her basic RN education and training in 1996 at West Shore College Ludington, Michigan. She then continued her education and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University in 1996. Dr. Melissa Fleszar attending the University of South Florida and received her Master of Science in Nursing in 2009 and became Board Certified in Family Practice. She earned a Doctorate degree from NOVA Southeastern University with emphasis in clinical practice nursing, specializing in sleep medicine, specifically didactics in prevention and early detection of Obstructive Sleep Apnea and treatment.
During the years of clinical practice specializing in Family Medicine, Dr. Fleszar continues to study evidence-based treatment to combat the growing burden of age-related diseases and improving the human health-span, practicing less on simply treating symptoms but rather delivering optimized clinical outcomes for patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Integrative Medicine (IM) is healing-oriented medicine that takes account of the whole person, including all aspects of lifestyle. It emphasizes the therapeutic relationship between practitioner and patient, is informed by evidence, and makes use of all appropriate therapies.
Melissa is certified and has extensive experience in the treatment of conditions known as “menopause, andropause and low libido”; and the multiple symptoms related to these issues. Your body’s hormones control most of your basic bodily functions. They serve as an internal communication system between cells throughout the body. They coordinate everything from digestion and growth to your appetite, immune function, mood, and libido. If hormones are out of balance, even slightly, it can have a big impact on your health and well-being. A simple combination of healthy nutrition and daily exercise with the additional treatment of menopause and andropause, using researched based bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, can improve optimal health for both men and women.
Dr. Fleszar has had a special interest in Stem Cell therapy research, actively doing research with children with autism. She also has extensive experience with stem cell education and research treatment.
In doing so, Dr. Fleszar became a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging medicine (A4M). Dr. Fleszar continues to practice integrative and functional medicine through an advanced, integrative, systems-biology approach to care. She holds a national certification in Anti-Aging, Metabolic and Endocrine health and will receive a Fellowship in Anti-Aging medicine (FAAMM) in December 2021 with A4M with The George Washington University. On that premise, research based advanced education are founded on the principle that it is far better to prevent illness and build health than treat disease when it has already manifested.
Melissa is married and has two children, boy and girl. She is native Michigan but has lived all over the State of Florida for almost 20 years. Melissa enjoys art and research.
Dr. Raj Naidoo, MD

Dr. Raj Naidoo, MD is a clinical and scientific advisor to numerous companies and academic institutions in several countries and lecturer on clinical cellular therapy and research. Dr. Naidoo was a 2020 Top Doctor of the Year by Palm Beach Illustrated.
Dr. Naidoo brings a 30-year history in biosciences. He is a physician-scientist with a doctorate in Medicine from Yale University and holds biomedical engineering degrees. Dr. Naidoo completed Orthopedic Surgical Training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Dr. Naidoo was invited to deliver lectures and Grand Rounds in several countries and Medical Institutions, including the Brigham Hospital of the Harvard University School of Medicine; Wuhan China; Adventist Medical School in Manila, Philippines and developed clinical and medical relationships with over 20 counties.
After a career teaching orthopedic surgery in NYC at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, Dr. Naidoo relocated to Florida, where he established an orthopedic practice in Palm Beach and Broward counties. With attention to detail and a profound understanding of how the body moves and functions over time, Dr. Naidoo can help his patients heal from their injuries and return to lifestyles they once enjoyed.
Dr. Naidoo is a native South African and, in his early years, proudly served the revolutionary army with Nelson Mandela in South Africa's struggle for freedom.
